Random clicks

Just a few images to leave you with as we reach another weekend.
It was early last Sunday morning when I was driving down towards Mekhri Circle. There are some nice roads in that area, and I noticed this particular stretch with the sun filtering through. I was late for our early morning shoot with fellow shutterbugs Shankar & Sabir, but I had to stop to capture it!
For the early morning shoot we headed to Hebbal Lake. We were quite late and the sun was out already. That’s Shankar in the distance looking for spiders. Having just bought his expensive macro lens he was just raring to go.
Along with a few members of the office photography club, last Friday evening we went on a night shoot. This was at the end when we were packing up and I noticed this corner of the High Court looking really prettily lit up. I immediately unpacked my tripod to take this last shot. There were a lot of cars passing by, but thankfully, I managed to dodge them.
It was Saturday afternoon and I was showing some of my family members our office campus when I noticed this brother and his little sister share a moment beside the pool.

Nice to know that the other shuttercrazy enthusiasts are exercising their cameras and lenses both early and late ..cool!

Each photograph seems thought of and composed and clicked with deliberation…and the result is really good.

Hebbal has a lake!! Didnt know that :p but then I have limited knowledge of blr :p
The last pic is real cute.. and Crest, I dont think those 2 points would be an issue sunce just the back profile of the bro-sis duo is visible… they arent being ‘exposed’ or nething..

Many times I have been intending to stop and try for such a pic when on the road in the morning or evening but never bothered to actually stop and try one! :)

twilight: hebbal has a lake yes! and it’s quite a treasure house of birds. a lot of enthu photographers are there early mornings to capture them!

Nice photographs anita! the high court one is real nice! the light on the tree neaby is amazing! what time did you shoot this? i would love to try some night b/w’s there!

nish: some nice photographs on your site too. the spider is a nice effort. last weekend, we had gone looking for spiders and shankar tried very hard to get one with his new macro lens! we did get one, but it was a really small one, so it didn’t come out too well! i liked your ripple photograph too. was trying to comment on your blog, but was having problems… the night shots (high court) were at about 9.30 in the evening. what kind of a macro lens do you shoot with, btw?

Thanks for visiting my blog :) It was my first time to hebbal and the spiders there are amazing! there are huge ones there.. I have a +10 macro filter that i use for the macros! i was there at hebbal with Satz and Srikanth this sat(26th) were you there on same day?
