I saw your nice site .Actualy,I search some body that can help me in my search.In fact ‚I don’t khnow any body in India and I need your help so much.I am Neyestani, M.R, from French, I currently prepare a thesis of Doctorate in science education in Lyon 2 university and I realize within this framework, a research on “the Role of Communication and Information Technologies( same as Internet, video and…) in the Education systems of the Developing Countries( India, Iran and Indonesia) : Opportunities, constraints and obstacles.
