Mittens

Mittens, aka *Mitty the Kitty* owns Christine of The Passionate Ailurophile.

He lives in Boston, MA, USA with Christine, Mike, and seven other kitties. His hobbies are eating, sleeping, sitting in Christine's lap, and sneaking up on the Stripecat. His favorite food is turkey, and he lives for that holiday in November when the *giant bird* is served!

Gracie and Callie

Cal & Gracie own Chewbecca of Chew's News.

Writes their owner, Bec: "These are my two cats - Cal-kitty, the 3-year-old Calico, and Gracie, the 1-year-old brown tabby. We adopted Gracie in Aug 2001 when she was about 8 weeks old and then proceeded to adopt Cal-kitty in Sept 2001 to be company for Gracie.

They are a great pair - always washing each other and playing, though Gracie can annoy Callie sometimes when Cal is trying to sleep and Gracie wants to play. They are two very special kitties and we love them very much."

Gazelle

Gazelle is 3 years old. Her orignial owner lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan and failed to take care of her.

Writes Rachel: "Soon Gazelle was sent to the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue Society, where my family adopted her and one of her kittens. She is a fantastic mother and companion. Currently she enjoys following everyone around the house, catching the occasional mouse and lapping up all the attention she can get. She is a very social kitty! She has no love life. Her cat breed is called Snowshoe. Her favourite food is anything, she's not a picky eater."

UNIQUE FACT:
Gazelle has a shoe fetish. Whenever someone takes off their shoes she has to inspect them before sleeping in them while purring like mad. She prefers male shoes and won't give up the shoe too easily.

Gazelle is pictured resting at the computer. She always has to sit in front of the monitor, so she can remain the center of attention.

Otis

Here's Otis! He owns Marc, who got him from the animal shelter.

Writes Marc: "Since I have no life, I generally spend my non-working, non-sleeping hours taking pictures of my cats. Otis's main talent is being grumpy. He likes to talk to whoever walks by about his troubles."

Mira

This is Mira, owner of Jonathan from 'Words of my Neighborhood'.

Together, they share a love of swatting at things, running rapidly from one place to another, and chewing on other people's thumbs.

Shedding huge tumbleweed clouds of fur, however, is solely Mira's pastime. Jonathan has no desire to participate, thank you.

Ishu

Ishu, the most precious possession of foolmaker, loves mangoes, paper balls, soap operas, peekaboo and her mom.

Looks very quiet and sweet.. but is mischief personified. will celebrate her first birthday on 7/11 :)

Elliot

Elliott is the proud owner of jf who is allowed to post on the Testzone.

She is the graphics geek who asks the Tuesday Too Questions, and sometimes changes water into wine, but mostly spends her time extracting feet from mouths (usually her own). You'll sometimes find her lurking on Blog Sisters.
