New look! Posted on September 29, 2009 It’s time for a new look and feel to my blog! And also time to upgrade my WordPress – I still had an ancient version installed which does not automatically upgrade when a new one is released. While I’m updating some sections and making sure everything is in order, there might be some broken links, things not working, stuff not showing – do drop me a mail on anitabora at yahoo in case you notice anything amiss! In the meanwhile, let me go forth and carry on my repair work… Share this: Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Print (Opens in new window) Print Living
The art of putting one’s hand in too many pies! Posted on July 26, 2004 A pile of study material has arrived for a course I am completing via distance education (I started it years ago and could not finish it because I ran out of money. I am hoping to finish it now). I had kept in touch with one of my professors from… Share this: Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Print (Opens in new window) Print Read More
Potter, potter, make me a …pot! Posted on October 17, 2006October 18, 2006 Somewhere in the bowels of Fraser Town is a non-descript place called Pottery Town. It’s not really a town, just a street that houses about 30 potter families. And have been for quite some time now. Most things you have on your “to… Share this: Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Print (Opens in new window) Print Read More
nice new look – lean and mean! I like it that clutter (archives / blogroll etc etc) has moved to separate pages. nice! Reply
Lovely look! 🙂 (Every time I see a WP run blog, I smile 🙂 ) I have been contemplating the move to WP for so long, but the pain associated with shifting posts and feeds makes me too lazy! Reply
@ charu: thanks! am missing the “colourful” theme though! still have to update those pages 🙂 @ aathira: totally understand, i’ve been procrastinating for the longest time and finally got around to it! @ yuva: thanks! Reply
I have been reading your blog for quite sometime. The new look is interesting, but I feel the font size is too small. Is it just my comp showing it to be so small or have you chosen it that way? @ Avinash – ahem, what was your comment all about? Reply
