Done!

Posted on December 17, 2007December 17, 2007

A gruelling 26 kms, on a course that had a combination of several uphill / downhill combinations and took me exactly 4 hours to complete! A rather scenic place to run in – so that made things much better! And organisers that had it all right and planned everything efficiently and perfectly. (Unlike the Bangalore International Marathon, which I hear didn’t do very well on that front).

Finally, after weeks of anticipation, completed my first ever long run. Am super thrilled and a longer post will come up soon!

We did it!

@ Jace: At our Native Village, Hesarghatta. That was the starting point. There was a 6.5 km track up and down.

    @ Prasoon: thanks!

    @ balu: thanks so much!

@ Radman: i have nothing against it. so i’m definitely not telling him, plus he did a 26 in 3 hours. even with long pants, it might not be possible for some people πŸ™‚

    @ Ajay: thanks you!

@ Srikanth: yes, finally! you must!

@ Srikanth: yes, lots of dreadful stories at the bangalore marathon! we were having a great time at hesaraghatta in the countryside running between fields and forests. πŸ™‚
