Wet, wet weekend! Posted on June 21, 2005June 21, 2005 So a gang of 19 of us made it to Honnemardu for the weekend. We spent most of the time in water. And getting wet even out of it since it poured and poured and poured. Came back to Bangalore on Monday morning with lots of wet clothes and a tan π The folks who made it: Adel Arnab Chander Dheepak Nithya Kavitha Kripa Suman Sathish Retisaint Vazu Anjana Anuja Ganesh Roopa Tulsi Sathish Senthil Roopa and me enjoy the warm waters of Honnemardu The whole gang (Pics courtesy: Kavitha) A lovely trip. Great weather – rainy, but fun! An eventful night camping in a deserted island. Swimming back from the island to base camp. Canoeing. Rowing. Capsizing. Loads of rice and sambar. Climbing, slipping, falling… Lovely bunch of people. What more can one ask for on a weekend out of town? Pictures and write-up will follow later as usual π Share this: Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Print (Opens in new window) Print India & Around Living Nature & Wildlife Sports & Adventure Travel

It was a most relaxed trip where I walked by the sea, observed the fishermen, had some gorgeous food and discovered that even on a small little island you can keep yourself busyΓ’β¬Β¦ For me, it is probably… Share this: Share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Facebook Share on Reddit (Opens in new window) Reddit Share on X (Opens in new window) X Share on Pinterest (Opens in new window) Pinterest Email a link to a friend (Opens in new window) Email Share on Tumblr (Opens in new window) Tumblr Print (Opens in new window) Print Read More
