Blog on TV Posted on September 10, 2003 The blog story on NDTV was carried on Monday, September 8. Thrice. And I missed it all three times! The first time I was in the train, the second I was in a shop and I had dozed off by the time they aired it for the third time. The interviews happened at the office on August 14. Sukanya got a glimpse of it in the office. Mom called me up from Guwahati at about 11.35 pm or so to tell me she just saw me on television. “It was like you sitting across us,” she said. They’ve got this really large screen TV at home so my usually healthy face apparently looked larger than life π Did anyone catch it? Bloggers for Tibet Posted on July 6, 2006July 7, 2006 There’s more to Tibet than just Tibetan momos. This was a slow and eventual realization over a few years as I was exposed to the land and its people. Wish I could see it, but being all the way over here, I have no chance π But hey, at least I can say that I know someone who has been on telly π π Reply

Hey Anita, you should’ve asked your folks to record this for posterity’s sake. Maybe, if you could get in touch with NDTV guys, they would be able to get the video for you on CD. NDTV shot us winning the Rowing Regatta championship plus an interview with us. And we missed it. So we asked our PR agency to get in touch with NDTV who promptly send us a CD with the interview video. Mebbe you wanna try the same too. It’s worth it. Reply
Crab, Aqua: I don’t think there will be any repeats! Codey: Is that all you liked π Mahesh: I missed it even without a boycott π Kiruba: I wonder if they can do that. I guess it’s worth asking. Reply
