It’s an uphill climb!

Posted on May 11, 2009May 11, 2009

The training for Sunfeast is on! This is the Kanakpura stretch where we go when we want to do uphill stretches. This time we did a 4k stretch downhill to start with. And then we come back the same way, except this time it’s all uphill ๐Ÿ™‚

Believe me, it’s not happy thoughts on your mind when you’re toiling up one of those hills. If you can spot me here, I look extremely surly and grumpy when Dr Rajat caught me on tape shuffling up on one of the steepest slopes. He was positioned there video taping us asking, รขโ‚ฌล“How are you feeling?รขโ‚ฌย

You can see me shuffling off. I had no breath left to tell him ๐Ÿ™‚

Run, people, run

Posted on November 10, 2003

I would love to be able to participate in this event. But I am somewhat embarassed to admit that I can’t run. I can walk. A few kilometres. More than a few on an exceptionally fit day. But running is something I have never been able to figure out. That’s…
