This is on at Rangashankara on the weekend (25th, 26th, 27th March). If you’re a Bangalore blogger and want to catch it on Saturday or Sunday evening, do let me know. We can even do a mini-blog meet at the cosy cafe… Please leave a comment or send me an email or call (if you have my number :)

UPDATE: Tickets are sold out on Saturday unfortunately! Let’s hope Sunday is available.

    Hi,

It seems rather weird, but I thought, why not? About what? Just a few words ahead.

I didn’t find a mail/contact on your blog. I could have missed it, but it could also not have been there. So this seemed the best way to contact you. Getting down to business now. My name is Mithun, it’s probably there in the comments by. I’m a writer with Digit, a technology magazine based in Mumbai. I got a few question with regards to the articles i’m working on. Could you mail back with say your tel no and mail id. Trust me it’s strictly for business.

It would be great if you can plan for a meet sometime next week :-D

    I wrote about it here:

A Heap of broken Images… a brilliant play by most standards. Brilliant direction… Acting at its Zenith… and strong story line. For Arundhati Raja to have balanced the act to perfection. with the alter ego that plays on the TV screen. I now wish i saw the kannada version too. BTW brilliant pictures, i was into photogrpahy earlier but have now stopped completly, would love to get back to it sometime.

pradeep: unfortunately, no tickets! did you enjoy the play?

swaroop: didn’t get tickets on either day. so will have to be happy with your write-up as of now!

satya: i missed it! the kannada version was also supposedly very good. and sold out too :) and thanks for the nice words. i’ve only taken up my clicking hobby seriously after moving to bangalore, so it’s never too late!

    Sir
i have translated a three act play “Revenge of Shakuni” written by late Gonesf Gogoi, an eminent playwriter of Assam in the 40’s wherein he captured the essnce of the Mahabharata in a tiny volume of 40 pages only, for a wider audience. I am writting this letter to explore a possibility of staging the same through renown theatre groups and request you to have a glance on the creation. I shall be awaiting your reaction.
    with regards
    Prashanta Kumar Bordoloi
