Just A Little Something

Adventure lover, vegan, ceramic artist, writer, and organizer of fun tours. Come and discover India with me!

Look who’s turned a year older!

Posted on November 30, 2004

He quit the corporate world to start his own restaurant

He is famous for his sarcasm and scepticism

He is known to prefer the company of monkeys!

I guess you know who I’m talking about by now.

A very very happy birthday to the guy we all know as Madman and who introduced me and my sister to fine South East Asian cuisine with a wonderful home-cooked meal last year!

Do hope Shiok grows from strength to strength and more and more Bangaloreans (and beyond) discover the art of fine dining…

Do hope you grow crankier as the years go by!

And do hope you get most of the stuff on your wish list, including your BMW 🙂

There was hardly any space for parking with all the narrow roads choc-a-bloc with vehicles. I made a reasonably early entry arriving with my precious pass in hand (thanks to Usha!). As soon as I entered the grounds, I made my way to the very front of the stage.

Posted on February 13, 2007February 13, 2007

Stuff like this serves as much needed amusement, and bring a smile to my face on an otherwise seriously busy day! The question that gets my attention: Should couple’s be allowed to kiss in public like in paris? And then I read on… Response 1 what is the harm in…

Travelling in Fort Kochi

Posted on October 3, 2008October 3, 2008

Into day 2 of my Fort Kochi break. Chilled out a little on day 1 and walked around a bit. I had a list of things on my agenda but decided that I wasn’t going to push myself! Today, I had a few interesting conversations including one with someone who…

I object! It was a chimpanzee, not a monkey!
